Leadership & Governance
The Board of Governors provides strategic direction and oversight for IIA Ethiopia Chapter. Our board members are experienced internal audit professionals committed to advancing the profession and serving our members throughout Ethiopia.
The board meets regularly to set policy, approve budgets, and ensure the chapter fulfills its mission of promoting internal audit excellence and professional development.

Mrs. Genet Gebremedhin brings over 20 years of internal audit experience, having served as Chief Audit Executive for major financial institutions in Ethiopia. She in Internal Audit and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Vice President
Mr. Yisehak is a seasoned internal audit professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. He has been instrumental in developing internal audit frameworks for various organizations across Ethiopia.

Secretary
